We were involved from the inception of the project when we provided a detail survey, then we Subdivided the neighbouring site to consolidate it with the client’s site, which enabled the client to create a multiple-unit development. We then created the sectional plans to enable the individual selling of the units.

The Giba business park is in the process of being extended, and we were tasked with doing the topographical survey and the subdivision to create a General Plan for the new development. In addition, we were the consultants appointed to oversee the survey process when the project got to the construction stages.

Arguably, all construction projects require a detail or topographical survey which we provided in the construction of the building for the technical division of the Mandeni Municipality. In addition we set out the platforms and all the engineering services as per the project requirements.

We were tasked with providing a topographical survey after the M4 washed away near Umhlanga in 2019, to be used by engineers to redesign the road. In addition, we were setting out during the course of the project.

For more than 3 years, we set out for the construction of Inanda Road BRT project. The scope of work included setting out the road, volume calculations, setting out piles, and as-built surveys.

Every new storey had to be set out by survey in this building. This required a high level of accuracy to ensure that the floor above is within millimetres of accuracy in agreement with the preceding floor. Tasked with ensuring the above requirements are met, we delivered and helped ascertain that the building is as it should be according to the plans in as far as surveying is concerned.
